Year-end accounts and corporation tax. We prepare statutory accounts and corporation tax returns for GetFix and the directors’ holding companies.
Group restructure. As new companies have been added, we advised on restructuring the group so that the companies fit together efficiently, including aligning year-ends so that everything reports on a consistent timetable.
Expansion into Europe. As GetFix has expanded into Europe, we have advised on how to structure the move and on the UK tax consequences.
