Luke trained in London and qualified as a chartered accountant in 2013. He has experience within the property, professional services and technology sectors and has worked with clients ranging from new entrepreneurial start-ups to larger AIM-listed groups.
Luke has a versatile set of skills that can be utilised throughout a business’s growth cycle. These include company set up, initial tax planning, audit and accountancy services, corporation tax advisory, VAT advisory, R&D tax credits, raising funds (including SEIS and EIS), personal tax advice and exit planning.
Luke has a passion for helping businesses and their owners to achieve their growth ambitions. He is able to advise on business strategy and decision making and provides SME leaders guidance on how to proactively manage the key drivers of their enterprise value and to maximise the growth potential and saleable value of their business. This involves the use of strategic tools and methods to help manage key growth drivers such as business development, strategy and talent management.
